Big Brownie Birthday Stayaway - PGL Liddington April 2014
In September we were also lucky enough to get offers of help from two more lovely people and now we have Beccy, who has agreed to do her adult leadership training and Dawn who is becoming a Unit Helper Thank you ladies.
Brownies restarts Thursday 8th January, usual time, usual place.
Christmas quizes and games.
Australia Day 2006.
Australia Day beach party 2008.

What will you wear to the beach party this year?
Mitcheldean Guides.
Mitcheldean Guides restarted in September 2013 and now has about 15 members and more waiting to move up from Brownies, which would make it possible to take 7 year old Rainbows and others on our waiting list. However, to make this possible extra adult helpers are needed, so if you are interested, just contact us, you'll get lots of support.
Or if you'd like to volunteer in another area, go to http://www.girlguiding.org.uk/interested and select "Register your interest in volunteering", it is SO, worth it!
Here are some snippets from our visitor book:
  • "I remember a Halloween party at St. Michael's Hall on the Stenders - now demolished and a bungalow in its place. I also remember my mum making a toadstool for the pack as our old one was falling apart."
  • "Being a Brownie is great fun, we get to go on Brownie holidays and to PGL. We play great games and make new friends"
