PGL Brownie Pack Holiday plus a few guides

Friday 13^th April to Sunday 15^th April 2007

We were all extremely excited when we arrived at PGL (did you know that this stands for Parents Get Lost?!) As soon as we got there pirate Polio (better known as Pauline) entertained us by arranging some games, such as wink murder, splat and down in the poop deck.

The fun continued throughout the weekend as we did rock climbing, abseiling, raft building, fencing, jacob's ladder, the adventure course and archery. We all had a laugh when the brownie leaders joined in. I particularly enjoyed raft building even though we all ended up having a swim. I also enjoyed the adventure course because I love getting wet and muddy.

I don’t think any of us got much sleep on the first night as it was far too exciting. But on the second night most of us fell asleep as soon as our heads touched the pillow. We were very lucky as the lovely weather held up all weekend.
